Our support desk is open 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 3pm Saturdays.

Technicians are avaliable outside of these times.

6am to 9pm every day of the week.

2. DO YOU HAVE AN OFFICE?

Yes we do.

Unlike most computer repairers, we do not work from home. We have an office in Brookvale and this is the same place you will find our enterprise technicians and our business management team.

4. IS AT HOME MY ONLY OPTION?

We can instantly help you via a remote assistance connection or, if it suits you better, you can drop your equipment into our office. The benefit of either of these options is that it almost always works out cheaper.

If we perform a remote assistance repair, the charge is $24.75 per 15 minutes. That means you could pay as little as $24.75 for your fix, and not only that, we might be able to assist you instantly.

If you bring your computer to us, you will only pay for the time the technicians spend on the equipment. This is a great solution for more time consuming problems. Rather than pay a technician to sit at your home and wait for operations to complete, they don't charge you for this waiting time.

5. WHAT GUARANTEE DO YOU MAKE?

We have a no fix no charge policy. We want you to be 100% satisfied and we are proud to say that we have an outstanding reputation and many of our customers have been with us for over 7 years.

It is important for you to know that if our technicians propose a solution and you don't accept it, we will still charge the fee for the time spent with you.

We are confident that once you have met our support team and experienced our convenient and great value service, you will join our long list of repeat clients.

6. CAN YOU FIX MY PROBLEM TODAY?

More than likely. If you call before 10am you are guaranteed to have a technician attempt to resolve the issue that day.

We offer the following options:

  • Onsite service at your home
  • Remote assistance via the Internet
  • Service at our office
  • Our technicians can visit you at home any day of the week (excluding holidays) between 6am and 9pm.

    7. CAN YOU HELP WITH MY BUSINESS?

    We sure can.

    Unlike most IT service companies, we don't send standard technicians and home repairers to businesses. We have a corporate management team who have the correct training and experience necessary to support a business.

    Com Connect charges $99 including GST for the first hour and $24.75 including GST for each 15 minutes after that.
